“I have successfully connected my soundbar and subwoofer and it shows green lights; however, I do not have sound from my TV which is a Smart Samsung I bought 4 years ago. I have tried to troubleshoot and to no avail.”

Laura, If you have video and no sound, some TVs need to be set to PCM in the audio settings to process the audio source. The soundbar will have one or two steady green lights when powered up and connected to the tv depending on whether you use optical (2 greens) or HDMI ARC (1 green). Look in the Samsung TV Setting menu for Audio, then look for a setting which might say Auto, or Dolby. Change it to PCM and see if the sound comes through. If you have no video, then make sure the tv is set to the correct HDMI port. Good luck.
