You don’t really sync it up with the TV. Your best bet would be to utilize the optical cable from the TV digital/optical out to the Polk audio in. I normally go into the TV settings and turn off the internal speakers . If you forget to turn off the internal TV speakers it will not sound good whe the audio tries to compete with each other and get s nasty echo effect.
