“My device recently started saying what it is doing. For example it will say "powering off" or "play" or even the name of whatever movie I scroll over when on a movie app. How do I make it stop? I've had the device for 3 months now.”

• Check your source setup. Unlikely it is the sound bar. Check the menu on your TV

• Check in your accessibility or audio settings for an option called “menu description” or “voice guidance”. When turned on these help visually impaired customers navigate their tv menus. Hope this helps...
