Hello and thank you for your question. The Polk Audio S2 Soundbar is compatible with all Brand or Model TV's as it is equipped with HDMI (ARC), Digital Optical, and a 3.5mm Analog input. New Samsung Smart TV's will typically have all 3 options available. The HDMI ARC is the recommended choice if available.

The brand of television doesn't matter. This will work with any brand or model or television which has ONE or more of the following audio output capabilities: Good quality: 3.5 mm audio jack (similar to a headphone plug) Better quality: Ditgial Optical Audio (square plug with a red light) Best quality: HDMI (extra output ARC, no passthrough) Depending on your setup, Digital Optical is likely the best option, since it will not use up an extra HDMI slot on your TV.
