“I have it set with with the optical cable because my Insignia TV doesn’t have an HDMI ARC and my Bluetooth works but I can’t get it to play sound through the tv. I’ve played it through the TV before but all of a sudden it stopped playing it through the TV”

Press the button on top of the sound bar that has square with an arrow inside of it and that should reset it back, you may have to do it a few times. JJ
