“I purchased this sound bar to work with a Samsung 55 inch QLED. I cancelled my cable,satellite, etc some time ago and now work through Amazon Fire Stick and free apps. I cannot get this sound bar to work. How do you turn off the sound on the TV.”

The tv settings, go-to sound output. See what it's on. There should be a optic cable that came with the sound bar. That should bypass the tv setting.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You shouldnt have ro turn the sound off on the t.v It should automatically do this once the sound bar is hooked up.make sure the sound bar is hard wired in and not using bluetooth to connect.the sound quality is much better when hardwired.
