A:AnswerWe started to have this problem too. We just got a new tv with the ARC HDMI so that we didn’t need to run it with the optical cable. It happened this morning for the 2x. I unplugged just the tv this time and turned everything back on and it works again. Last time I unplugged the tv and sound bar. Not sure why it’s happening but maybe one of the mfgs did an update.
A:Answeryes if your tv has an arc hdmi port use an hdmi cable plus run the optic cable that comes with the sound bar you will get great sound quality....also if you dont have an arc hdmi port you can still use any hdmi port with the optic cable
