Q: QuestionI have a Phillips 55” smart TV. I bought the Polk Signa S2 when I went to plug in to the TV HDMI ARC outlet the dish box was plugged into this spot. The dish box has no additional HDMI out plug ins. I cant seem to locate a optical outlet on this TV.

• A:Answer I have not noticed the volume changing except when the source changes. If you switch between sources; Antenna, Streaming, or cable the volume will be louder or softer depending on the source volume level. The Polk sound-bar system does not have a pre processor to compensate for multiple audio input differences.

• A:Answer Use your HDMI arc slot on your TV for bluetooth speakers. Then plug in your fire stick to another port. Make sure your settings on the TV are correct. You can also use a digital optical cable to connect speakers with your TV. Just make sure your sound out settings are correct on your TV.

• A:Answer The answer of 2.1" must be referring to the height of the soundbar, not the subwoofers. From the polk website (https://www.polkaudio.com/products/signa-s2) we find the subwoofer's height, width, and depth are 13.4" x 6.72" x 12.2" (34.04 cm x 17.07 cm x 30.99 cm)

Q: QuestionMy polk sound bar will only now work on bluetooth as of 2 days ago. When I use Netflix and go back to TV the sound bar loses sound. I have to reconnect to TV each time, only through bluetooth. I bought TV and sound bar 2 weeks ago at best but store.

• A:Answer The subwoofer is wireless as to the soundbar. To connect, plug the subwoofer into a power outlet. Turn on the soundbar. Look at the bottom back of the subwoofer for a button that says Bar Sync. With one hand, press that for 3 seconds. With the other hand, press both the Bluetooth AND the Vol + buttons on top of the soundbar for 5 seconds. The 4 LED lights that should be flashing while the devices match will go out once you have a connection. That's it.
