QuestionThis question is for a Best Buy employee. You state that the Manufacturer's Warranty is 3 years parts and labor. The Manufacturer's website states 1 year Parts and Labor and 2 year driver Warranty. So is Best Buy extending the Manufacture's Warranty?

- Answer Not an employee but my guess is that the web site is incorrect which suks because that is one of the reasons I purchased this particular soundbar over others. I just asked the same question. I saved (printed) the polk soundbar warranty as listed on Bestbuys web page in case I have any issues beyond one year. I dont believe that anyone at Bestbuy monitors these posts.

- Answer It is provided with one remote for your TV and sound bar as they have different program in controlling volume.

- Answer It has a template to mount it to the wall. It's about 28 inches long and 4 inches high. Yes unless you have a chrome cast or something siimilar

QuestionI have a Phillips 55” smart TV. I bought the Polk Signa S2 when I went to plug in to the TV HDMI ARC outlet the dish box was plugged into this spot. The dish box has no additional HDMI out plug ins. I cant seem to locate a optical outlet on this TV.

- Answer Yes it can. It has an optical port on the back for a hard wire connection and bluetooth connectivity (if your TV supports that).

- Answer The subwoofer connects to the sound bar via Bluetooth. The sound bar connects to the television either by USB or USB/Optical. Hope this helps.

- Answer I would research and google your issue. It could be a number of things, such as your DVD player(age) or settings...also, could be settings on your tv side. I haven’t had any issues w the sound bar, I use a ps3 as my DVD player.

- Answer I have not noticed the volume changing except when the source changes. If you switch between sources; Antenna, Streaming, or cable the volume will be louder or softer depending on the source volume level. The Polk sound-bar system does not have a pre processor to compensate for multiple audio input differences.

- Answer Best buy web site claims 3 years parts & labor. Polk web site says 1 year on electronic components & 2 years on drivers....No mention of labor warranty. Best buy web site completely misleading.

- Answer Use your HDMI arc slot on your TV for bluetooth speakers. Then plug in your fire stick to another port. Make sure your settings on the TV are correct. You can also use a digital optical cable to connect speakers with your TV. Just make sure your sound out settings are correct on your TV.

- Answer The answer of 2.1" must be referring to the height of the soundbar, not the subwoofers. From the polk website (https://www.polkaudio.com/products/signa-s2) we find the subwoofer's height, width, and depth are 13.4" x 6.72" x 12.2" (34.04 cm x 17.07 cm x 30.99 cm)
