The peak power handling on these speakers is 100 watts. As long as you don't drive the volume over (this just a guess, only you can tell) 60 to 75 % on your receiver you should be ok. If the speaker shows audible signs of distress, turn the volume down. These speakers are not thermally protected with a fuse. So if you blow them from too high a volume you wont have anything nice to say about the speakers. If you want to disturb the neighbors, I would recommend spending a lot more money and buying something that's can deliver 110 to 130 decibels.
