are they PC compatible out of box ? null

I’m not sure a PC has enough power to drive these speakers.

These speakers are for home stereos. Not for computers. You need a home stereo amplifier in order to listen to them. If you want computer speakers, get self powered speakers that have a built in amplifier inside them.
