Well, you'd have to connect your CD player to a receiver or an amplifier, and the amplifier or receiver would have to have wired speaker connections.

Simple answer no. Expanded answer, yes, with RCA to Speaker +/- adapters but that takes up space and adds an additional component to get in the way or fail. For decades now I've been finding a way to make something adapt to something else, but the best way now is to spend a little extra up front.

its uses banana plugs for me see the pictures on back of it no rca cables you might be able to find an adapter for it maybe but I'm not sure -please check out other sites for more pictures of back
