I’m wondering that since this is a Nintendo official charging brick if you could use any usb type c cord on it to charge the switch without it damaging the switch null

It's not meant to be used to charge the Switch. If you tried, it would probably charge really slowly.

Hi, this will unfortunately NOT work for you. The switch requires 15 volts @ 2.6amps in order for it to work correctly and charge it. This charger only does 5 volts @ 1.5 amps which is enough to charge things like joycons with the charging grip or pro controllers. Hope this info helps.

Don't use it for the Switch. You can use it, however, with other devices that require less power, such as a cell phone or mini console.
