• This usually occurs because one of two reasons; the battery door or battery may be loose, the battery is inserted incorrectly. • It just means the controller in that port is not at full charge

• Of you've put a controll onnthe dock and it's blinking orange it means it's charging. A white solid light will display when fully charged.
