“This controller is advertised to work with PC, however upon connecting it to my PC it is unable to play Warzone. Is there anything I have to do to fix this?”

Aw yes this is the one that has been stumping everyone but the answer is in the manual. This controller actually has 2 input mode direct input and xinput. Adroid usually uses direct input, while for gaming Windows like to use Xinput. For it to work on your PC you need to hold down the 2 smaller buttons (the start and select or start and back button people call them different things) near the xbox logo button. It's the 2 buttons you use to enter menus in xbox games. Hold them down for 3 seconds or until you see the xbox logo flash. It will then be in Xinput mode and work on PC. By default it's in direct input mode
