“What if any am I looking for in the master chief collection that will specifically play on Xbox series x? My first game console. I keep hearing of an enhanced version but all I see are Xbox One packages. Any help is appreciated.”

XSX does games via Smart Delivery, so it will automatically download the best version available for the console you are playing on. SInce there is a XSX enhanced version of this title, that is what will download to your console.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The 'enhanced' version is just an update or patch for the base Xbox One game. There is only the xbox one version in terms of physical editions, but just put it in your Series X/S and it will download the enhanced update. Even without the update/patch it will still play on your console just fine.
