I called the number from one of the papers that came with i the product ( Premium Levella 12.5 cu beverage cooler w/ freezer) and a customer’s service person helped me. Here is the number I called 1-855-531-4808. Thank you (I have the 3 year warranty of course) but they still should help any customer that calls.
