“Where can we order a new pressure regulator? Our bottom loading machine is building too much pressure in the bottle and the cap tries to blow off. Makes a horribly loud “BOOM” sound and we have to leave the door open to stop pressure from building.”

Our current models of dispensers do not use air pressurization for drawing water from the bottle and have not for a number of years now. If you own an older model dispenser that is Primo branded please give our customer care team a call. 866 429 7566
