Q: QuestionEvery time I’m done getting water more water comes out from the dispenser. I’ll go push the button, fill up my cup, then stop and bursts of water will come out every 2-4 seconds and like 3-5 times.

- A:Answer Good Afternoon, Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Below are a few troubleshooting tips to assist in resolving this matter: The leaking sounds like the unit is overflowing. On most bottom loaders, there is a hole that allows excess water to escape from the cold water reservoir if the pump is sending too much water. This link would show how to take care of it: https://youtu.be/SRfnmQOUcLs. If the video doesn’t help, the unit may have a failed sensor, in which case you would need to contact customer service to do further troubleshooting. If it does not fix the issue, please email us at Primo@primowater.com or contact us at 844-237-7466. Our Customer Care Agents are available Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. EST and Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. EST. Best Regards, José R.

Q: QuestionHow do I change the temperature of water on the bottom loading water cooler to a much cooler temp. It is just room temp right now.
Asked by Blake.
- A:Answer Bottom loader dispensers do not have a room adjustment. If you have not tried it, turn off switches on the back and unplug your machine. While the machine is turned off and unplugged, dispense about 4 cups of water from the cold dispenser. Then, plug the machine back on and turn on only the green switch. Allow one hour for the unit to cool the water before checking the temperature. If this does not work, please call us at (844) 237-7466 Monday-Friday between the hours of 10 am and 6 pm EST.

Q: QuestionThe cooling motor runs all the time and after a bit it won't dispense any water from the cold side. I unplug it and let it sit it will eventually deliver water. Seems like it freezes the tip or something. How do I fix this?
Asked by doodlebugger.
- A:Answer I’ve had mine for just over a year, same problem. I took the top of, got into the reservoir and it was frozen solid with ice. I turned off cold water switch and water started to run again after it thawed. Tryied the cable box fix of unplugging for a time and plugging back in but no luck, still freezes up. Any suggestions? $250 for room temp seems expensive to me.
