A:AnswerI have an HP OFFICEJET 6962 which was also printing out blank sheets and had documents stuck in que. Setup in home appointment was not able to fix over the phone. Service agent had to come out and re-set up the computer to read the laptop but all documents in que where lost. Problem was fixed.

A:AnswerMy printer did that too during the installation and the technician said it was defective and boxed it back up and I took it back to Best Buy. I was replaced within minutes. They were very nice about replacing it. No hassle at all.
