A good place to begin is unplugging the printer from power and letting it sit for 30 seconds. Then plug it back in and try it again. This will do what's called a soft reset and wipe the queue as a bonus. If this doesn't work, the printer may need to be "removed" from the computer's options and re-added. A:AnswerI have an HP OFFICEJET 6962 which was also printing out blank sheets and had documents stuck in que. Setup in home appointment was not able to fix over the phone. Service agent had to come out and re-set up the computer to read the laptop but all documents in que where lost. Problem was fixed.
