• Had to go through a customer service call to get this "lesser" option to appear on on-line order form. Only the full $99 install/haul-away option initially displayed.

• when you are the payment portion of the order it will give you that option to get that

• Select Delivery + Professional Installation at checkout. Best Buy will remove the old microwave when they deliver the new one.
