• The washer should have the valve at the front b[tomorrow of the washer that you can drain out the water. In case you can't drain out, you should tell the delivery team in advance so they can cover over plastic bag and haul away for you.

• It happened to me too. I didn't have too much water in it so I was able to scoop out most of the water and use a towel to absorb the water left. They might be able to help you drain it. I would call first to make sure though.
