I do believe when they haul it away, they take the item down, off, uninstall and such. I had Refrigerators, stove, dishwasher uninstalled and haul away and the new appliance installed in their place. But with any advise, it would be an good idea to call Geek Squad to verify the haul away procedure. Hope this helps.

You don’t have to do anything except clean around the area. Move away anything that might be in their way.
