• I doubt it. Base on the wording. I would be under the impression that you have one unit delivered and one unit removed. You did not mention if you paid to have the unit connected. If you did not pay for the service, it's not part of the delivery.

• I do not believe they will haul away other appliances only the one they are replacing. But you could call and see if they would and what the charge would be.
