You have to assemble the bike yourself. But thankfully it isnt to hard to figure out. It comes with all the tools you need to assemble. You can also have bestbuy send someone to assemble for you but its kinda expensive.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It comes partially assembled. It is fairly heavy and helps to have a second person. Not terribly difficult if you follow the instructions. Good quality overall, my only complaint would be the lack of better cushioning of the seat.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No it doesn’t come assemble and Best Buy didn’t help find someone to assemble. I had to go through Dick’s to find someone and he was able to put it together in around 45 minutes
