Would this work for a taller person? null

I am 6 feet 3 inches and I have never hit the rear bumper on the rail.

I'm 5'10" and there is still room behind me when rowing so it would probably work well for someone up to 6'2" or so

Yes, most of our equipment is designed to fit someone that is up to 6'4".
