QuestionAssembled bike per instructions, loaded 4 new D batteries correctly. Peddled bike and touched screen button(s) to begin using bike and nothing happened. Is this common?

- Answer I heard that you really need the adapter. It should have been included. But you can order it from the company. The batteries could work but they have to really be alkaline and very heavy duty. Get the adapter.

Our current 440 ES bike is similar to this product and does include a tablet holder. Although this specific bike isn’t available on Best Buy you can find it on Proform’s website.
