“What is the warranty on this purchase? I went on Proform.com and it offered me to buy warranty. Do I need to purcahse that? If there is a problem, who do I call?”

It comes with a 10-Year Frame, 1-Year Parts & Labor, they try to sell you additional warranty for regular maintenance and such.
