- Answer You can use the ProForm Carbon HIIT H10 without a subscription or internet using manual mode. An internet connection and iFIT subscription are advised to get the most out of the machine. You may find the following information helpful: iFIT currently offers a 30-day free trial (Trial lengths can vary with different promotions). iFIT has three subscription options: a Yearly Family Plan for $396 per year, a Monthly Family Plan for $39 per month, and a Yearly Individual Plan for $180 per year. iFIT will auto-renew unless you choose to cancel. *Prices are subject to change. In addition, iFIT can be downloaded onto your phone or tablet, and you can access iFIT workouts on the iFIT TV app, available on Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, Google TV, and Android TV. - Answer Chris This highly depends upon user height. The vertical stride length is about 10 inches. At the highest adjusted position of the foothold, a user’s foot would be approximately 15 inches from the floor, but the user should have a bend in the knee at the highest point.
