I run and walk at 4mph speed. My teenage son likes to sprint at 7mph. I do more incline walking-hiking when using the iFIT program. I run 5 and 10Ks in iFIT. We both run about 3 miles 3xs a week. It is sturdy, doesn’t squeak when we run. We run with the fans on full blast. We are 5’3” ish but I think this would be good for someone taller as well. I have neck, back and joint pain and this helps me get my steps in. I researched this and the Nordic track. I think this is better value for the money. I bought the Best Buy tech program so delivery and installation were free and the unit is covered for 2 yrs. Would recommend.
