QuestionIs assembly easy?

- Answer I'd like to say it was easy to install until I tried adding the storage latch. It's too long for the assembly. This is the part that acts like a shock absorber when storing the device. I read forums on this problem and they suggest lowering and raising the incline of the treadmill to successfully install the storage latch but after an hour and a hurt back no luck! I'm pretty sure I'll be looking for a refund here shortly.

QuestionDoes the front of the Carbon T10 Treadmill have wheels on it so it can be moved easier when you fold it up? Or is it pretty much in a stationary position once it is folded? Thank you.

- Answer Yes...With my T10 delivered by BestBuy 2 weeks ago, I received the 1-year IFit offer for up to 5 members (includes you). I'm the only one signed-up so far, but it's clearly stated on my account that I can invite 4 more members to join my membership. IFit still requires you to signup with your credit card, but with the treadmill comes a plastic card printed with the "free" membership code you need at signup...IFit won't charge your credit card until the 1-year expires. You should be able to remove your credit card information after your initial sign up (I haven't tried that yet).

- Answer This unit uses the iFit technology, with iFit you can access a large and varied workout library and create your own workouts. The Carbon T10 treadmill can also be used in manual mode.

- Answer Tommy The iFIT promotions that come with our equipment are prone to change. What is being advertised at the time of your purchase is what will be honored. At the current time of this question today, 30-days are offered for your free trial of iFIT membership. Monthly subscription fees are often much more affordable than annual fees. Having the trial set up this way will allow your renewal fee to be less if you elect to continue your membership at the end of the trial period. QuestionIs there any way to connect this with an apple watch?

- Answer Yes. But you have to use a work around to get the heart rate monitor to work with it. Get the app echo heart rate. You can use the free version you just have to restart it every 20 minutes but it’s super easy. There may be free apps I haven’t looked that much k just saw this one yesterday and used it for an hour long workout and it was great using the smart heart rate stuff to control the workout with my apple watch

Questionwhat is the voltage and amperage on the treadmill?

- Answer must use a surge suppressor UL1449 with voltage rating of 400 volts and minimum surge dissipation of 450 joules and be must be rated for 120 voltsAC and 15 amps. Must be grounded plug-that is all the info that came in regard to power source etc. Hope this helps

- Answer The T10 has a 12% incline max and a 10 mph max. Anybody who can run 10 or more mph is already a super hero to me & doesn't need a treadmill :)

QuestionWhat is the height of the tread belt, at minimum, and maximum incline from the floor?

When the machine is fully inclined the distance is 25” from the floor to the top of the walking platform. - Answer An ipad or tablet can fit right over top of the lcd screen or panel comfortably. (The area that I am referencing looks like an ipad or tablet itself.) Its's about 10.2 inches wide, so imagine an 10.2 inch ipad laying sideways.

- Answer It's not required, but I highly recommend it. I use mine almost every day. You can do manual workouts, but with the iFIT it's like having your own trainer. It makes it more interesting and I find I get much better workouts.
