Thank you for answering my question. It looks like you have also reduced the motor size, eliminated the heart rate monitor, and not improved the internet capabilities. I’m wondering why. I’m also wondering why I should pay an extra $100 for less power and fewer features. BestBuy is selling your latest Carbon T10 model (Model:PFTL99920 SKU:6426189) for $1200 with a ONE YEAR iFit Family membership. The ProForm website is selling the same model for $1403 with THREE YEARS iFit Family. It becomes equal assuming you want an additional two years of the iFit membership. Both have free shipping and no install. What can you do, price-wise? Not trying to be a jerk, I’m just doing my research. p.s. You mentioned an optional shelf attachment for a tablet. I’m wondering how much that item costs as I have not been able to find it anywhere online.

For the Carbon T10 Model #PFTL99920 is the newest model we have manufactured. The highest speed available is 10 MPH, and a 12% incline grade. It will have a 10” touchscreen along with a few cosmetic changes. The Carbon T10 Model #PFTL99720 will be just a year older from the previous model. It does allow up to 12 MPH but the same 12% incline grade. The screen size will also stay the same. We are more than happy to assist if you have any further questions.
