I'd like to say it was easy to install until I tried adding the storage latch. It's too long for the assembly. This is the part that acts like a shock absorber when storing the device. I read forums on this problem and they suggest lowering and raising the incline of the treadmill to successfully install the storage latch but after an hour and a hurt back no luck! I'm pretty sure I'll be looking for a refund here shortly.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We did not put it together we used the Best Buy assembly team and it was worth!!! We had two small flights of stairs to go up with this so it made it doubly worth it. We love this treadmill
