• The instructions should be in the box. Online instructions can be found at the sears site: https://i.sears.com/s/d/pdf/mp-tc/10004352/prod_21298319612 Also the BILT app (best on tablet) is helpful. YouTube has some videos, again best with tablet closeby. Finally, https://my.ifit.com/MC/s/article/1761 has helpful videos.
