QuestionWhat is the deck height? I am placing this in a basement with low ceilings and I want to make sure I have enough head space when running ?

- Answer Obvious answer is that this depends upon your ceiling height, your height, and if you want to run at the up to 10 degrees of incline. At 0 incline, our treadmill is less than 8 inches high.

- Answer Yes, kind of. Your phone connects to the treadmill via Bluetooth to automatically adjust speed and incline during an iFIT workout. However, to play the sound through the treadmill, you need to connect your phone to the treadmill with a 3.5mm adapter.
