• We do our very best to provide adequate assembly instructions including illustrations, etc. There are 13 assembly steps (14 if you count registering the equipment). The steps include putting on the front and back bases, the upright, the arms and legs, the handle bars, and the console. You can find a manual for the equipment at iconservice.com by entering the model number PFEL57916. Assembly steps start on page 8.

• The instruction book is pretty good but, the elliptical machine comes in a box completely unassembled and there are a lot of parts to it. The whole assembly process is very extensive. It is Definitely Not a few minute throw together project!!
