“Does the incline and speed auto-adjust to the workout? For example, if you're running on a flat surface within the workout & then you "come upon a hill" does the incline adjust automatically or do you manually have to change it?”

Hi Amos, that is a great question. This treadmill when using iFit or a Google Map automatically will follow the incline and decline of the terrain you are on. In other words you don't need to do anything it will control the incline and decline automatically for you. This is a great feature. You can also override the settings as well if you need to.
