- Answer This is true. I bought the machine which comes with a 1 year free subscription to iFIT, but I haven’t started my free subscription yet because i have been using the free videos that come on it. It’s an amazing experience having a coach walk/run with you and coach you through the difficult parts. Plus the scenery is beautiful. Screen quality is great.

QuestionI saw that the HDMI output was removed on later versions of this model, but is there another way to output the built in screen to a larger screen/tv? Can you cast the ifit trail on the screen to a smart tv?

- Answer I'm told this is a new feature they are working on for the built in monitors, but it hasn't been released yet. You might download the iFIT app and see if you can cast from your phone???

QuestionDoes the incline and speed auto-adjust to the workout? For example, if you're running on a flat surface within the workout & then you "come upon a hill" does the incline adjust automatically or do you manually have to change it?

- Answer Hi Amos, that is a great question. This treadmill when using iFit or a Google Map automatically will follow the incline and decline of the terrain you are on. In other words you don't need to do anything it will control the incline and decline automatically for you. This is a great feature. You can also override the settings as well if you need to.

- Answer Yes. The treadmill functions without having an iFit coach membership. The treadmill can be used in manual mode. Speed and incline controls. You can use the 50 preset training programs included within the console.

- Answer Yes, there are all kinds of walking videos as well. You also have full control over the speed you are going if you need to lower it or increase it.

QuestionWhat is the running amps and wattage for this? It keeps tripping the breaker on the actual treadmill around 7.5mph-8 at 0% incline? I have it in a tripp-lite surge protector in a 15 amp plug.

- Answer The running voltage, Amps, and wattage with a 200 lbs person at 12 mph on this machine resulted in using 121.3VAC, 11.26 Amps, and 1365.84 Watts. QuestionI was reading a review on another treadmill and they stated that they treadmill did not work unless there was internet. I am wondering if this one is like that or if it will also work manually since my internet is always going out on me. Thank you!

- Answer To use the iFit features you will need a reliable Internet connection. There is a manual mode as well where you can control your own workouts that doesn't require a connection. You will also need to be connected for updates, bug fixes etc.

QuestionI got this treadmill around March and everytime I want to run the belt skips and slides to the right. It also happens when I walk but not as bad. Is there anything I can do to fix it? Or is this a warranty thing?

- Answer Hi, it sounds like the belt tension needs to be adjusted on one side. I would recommend you visit www.iconservice.com and chat with a technician or watch a short video showing you how to make the easy adjustment. You can also call customer service at 800-445-2480, but make sure your product is registered first. You can do that at the same website. Good luck to you. It should be an easy adjustment.
