QuestionCan anyone give the actual step-up height? Well searching the internet I found everything from 14"-20"

- Answer Hi Billy, the neutral pedal position (pedals at the same height) = 15 inches.....Lowest pedal position = 11.5 inches.......Highest pedal position = 17 inches. These are measured at no incline (flat) from the floor.

QuestionThe display screen says No Bootable Device Hit any key - the screen will not come on. We have turned off and unplugged it and tried again - same result.

- Answer No, but you could do that on your own device that you put in the tablet holder and multi task if you wish. The tablet is not included. The unit comes with a touch screen as well pictured below the tablet, but it can only be used to control the equipment.

- Answer Hi Amanda, as long as you are connected to WiFi you should just be able to push the buttons and use the 34 on board workouts that don't require an iFit subscription.
