- Answer DMC The incline on this unit can be quickly adjusted by pressing the quick-adjust numbers on the left side of the console or you can use the up and down ramp adjust arrows that will also adjust the incline for you as well. When the resistance is changed, you should feel a difference in the effort required to move the pedals. ProForm has discontinued the inclusion of EKG heart rate monitors in handles and grips on their equipment as we have found that the heart rate monitor information is more accurately given to the system through Bluetooth wearable devices.
