I believe the issue is that the trainers are not using ellipticals but, instead, are on treadmills or bikes. I guess ellipticals are not popular enough to warrant specific elliptical sessions. But trainers can still make remote adjustments, nonetheless. I have not signed up for the iFit service yet myself, but that is my understanding from reading other comments from users. If any users could please confirm or deny this, that would be appreciated.
