QuestionThe screen on my pro form R10 is showing a blank screen with a button option of reset that wont do anything. I tried to unplug and replug. How do I reset the machine without using the screen?

- Answer Thank you for your interest in our Pro R10 Rower. No water is used with this unit, as all features run through electricity. The resistance can be easily changed by simply pressing the resistance quick adjust buttons on the console. QuestionHow strong is the resistance, is there a weight you can compare it too, like for example exercise bikes have a certain weight to the flywheel (30, 40lbs)?

Currently, there are not connection ports to display the screen on a separate device. We do offer an iFIT TV app that can provide a larger viewing experience. QuestionIs there an option to cast the screen to external tv?

- Answer Jc Thank you for your question. Currently, there is not an option to cast iFIT workouts on your console to an external TV. With that being said, our iFIT TV app is available at the Amazon Appstore, Google Play, Roku, as well as on Apple TV. This will allow you to view your workout on a larger screen.
