“Does the resistance automatically change during the workout from the coach or do you have to manually change it ?”

• The auto resistance adjustment is frustrating on this bike. It does not adjust appropriately when riding up and down hills. Resistance will decline going up steeper hills and increase going down hill. Despite its claim of auto adjusting you will find yourself constantly making manual adjustments in hilly terrain. IFit/ICON has been made aware of this issue but has not prioritized fixing it. You will see many complaints on Reddit and Facebook forums about this.

• The resistance levels are adjusted by the trainer during the workout.

• If you are using iFit Coach it will automatically make the adjustments for you during your workout.
