• Hi Landon, great question. There are two - 3 LBS dumbbells included that go under the seat. There are many workouts that include the weights and others that do not.

• Yes it comes with two 3 lbs weights, some workouts have you use them while biking, others have you use them for floor exercises between periods of biking.
