Great question! The user weight capacity on our SMART Power 10.0 bike is 250 pounds. This is the highest weight that the unit was tested to. While a unit may be able to withstand a higher weight, if damage should occur on your treadmill your warranty may be void because the usage did not align with recommendations.

A:AnswerI think you’re talking about the rod for the screen? That is tricky. You would use both of the larger hex/Allen wrenches that came with the install. Tilt one wrench all the way up against the handlebar & turn the other to tighten - or turn both in opposite directions at the same time.

A:AnswerWhen it first booted and installed firmware updates it said the dreaded word for every Apple user - Android- so I’m thinking it isn’t going to ever connect to my iPhone or watch. I’ve tried & it hasn’t worked so far. I use the workout app in stationary cycle on my watch; the time, calories, distance match up to what the iFit on the bike says & that app syncs to your activity.
