You just need to call the Pro-Form people, the brand of the treadmill and they will tell you how to bypass the ifit without you having to pay a subscription, I believe they told me that you just have to press and hold the ifit icon until something on the screen pops up, after that the treadmill should be good.

There are select free iFIT workouts that can be accessed through the iFIT app that can connect to the console on your unit.
