nandhini The preprogrammed workouts that this listing is referring to is our iFIT workouts. There are thousands of interactive workouts that can pair directly to your machine. To use an iFIT workout with this unit, you will need to download and install the iFIT app on your smart device. Unfortunately for me, it makes no sense because the treadmill has no screen, so you'll need to look watch on your phone. It's not too bad yet annoying, at least for me watching the video on my phone so I would choose a speed and incline and workout based on that. Besides that it is not a bad treadmill excluding the things that it does not come with.
