• JCSA Yes, this is a feature on our ProForm treadmill. It will auto adjust to iFIT workouts and to the 20 onboarded workouts available on the machine in manual mode without an iFIT membership. With an iFIT membership, you could also gain access to ActivePulse which will auto adjust your workouts not only to the trainer-led instructions but to support your personalized optimal heart rate zone so every workout is geared toward your individual progress.
