Really enjoying this treadmill. Beware at first it has a sticker that says it will not start unless you subscribe to IFIT...not so. I had two service people come out in an attempt to get it unlocked and they both told me I needed a monthly subscription to IFIT. I went online finally and found a short tutorial from another purchaser. They pointed out that there is a tiny sticker on the upper righthand corner that is blue and has IFIT on it. If you hold this down for 30 seconds you override the lock. I was happy to get to finally use this after it just sat for 3 weeks. Treadmill is quiet and has a nice fan feature.Only drawback doesn't really have a secure spot to put an iPad or book to use while on the machine.

We are so glad you enjoy this machine!

Please know that there is a secure spot for your iPad. The little shelf in front of your console functions is where a tablet can be held by the machine. It may not hold a book open there, however.

I’m still figuring out how to use the dashboard, I wish it would have an option to set a time you want to do the work out for. I did love that it comes with a fan you know for us ladies that don’t want to mess up our hair. The assembly part was a little difficult but if you look on YouTube and follow the instructions it came with, you should be fine (requires two people for the assembly) . One thing I want to mention is that the arms sides did not fit properly it seemed like the screws where too big and even the YouTube video I saw, they had the same issue.

Delivery was ok and the product is good. I was able to assemble it alone and it took me 2 hours to finish. Easy to use, I highly recommend it. Thank you Best Buy and ProForm.

Nic treadmill.. looks sharp. Has some nice features. I paid to have it installed.. 3 guys showed up and only took about 45 minutes. You can by pass the activation by holding the ifit button for about 15 seconds or so .. good machine for the price. I love it ❤️

Delivery was good. Assembly was straightforward. However, I could NOT use the machine without first having to subscribe to an iFit membership plan with expensive monthly membership fee. There is a sticker on the treadmill stating that the treadmill is currently locked and instructing users to go to ( ifit.com/activate ) inorder to be able to use it. However, when I went to the site, it required me to signup for an iFit account and a one year subscription! If I was informed of this gimmick I would not have made the purchased. If I didn’t go through an hour of assembling the product I would have returned it. Anyway, after signing up to iFit I had an extremely hard time finding the instructions to activate the treadmill. Overall the process to activate the treadmill was excruciating and extremely frustrating. I was already tired from assembling the product and then I had to go through several hoops just to be able to use it. This was the most disappointing and frustrating experience I had with buying a product from anywhere. I thought I could just purchase the treadmill, have it delivered, assemble it & then use it without having to do or pay for anything else. My entire experience just trying to use this treadmill was unacceptable. Best Buy should inform it’s customers about the need to signup for an iFit membership plan and how difficult it would be to activate this machine.

I absolutely love my treadmill! Assembly requires 2 people and it took my boyfriend and I about 2 hours to put together. I would have given it 4 stars but I do have an issue that I don't even think I can blame on the treadmill itself. When my phone Bluetooth acts up while using the app the treadmill will stop but the app will continue to run. So I pause and restart the app and the treadmill will start up again! I see a lot of people leaving complaints about the app but honestly, it is so cool! This is the first time in a long time that I have been consistent with something exercise related. I am on week 4 of a 6 week program :)

Once assembled, it worked well. Bypass the iFit by holding it down for 30 seconds and it works. The treadmill is quieter than our previous ProForm 405e. Controls are easy to use. Has stand for tablets. Hardest part of this was the assembly of the console onto the handles. It requires someone to hold it in place while another person attaches electric cables and screws in four screws that came with WAY TOO MUCH Loctite on them and keeps the screws from turning. I had to scrape off the excess Loctite on each one before I could screw it in.

Product was a bit hard to put together due to holes not lining up properly so we had to drill a few holes wider. As for iseage, we are very happy with the quality and ease of use so far. The free month of ifit is also really nice and I may keep my subscription.

This treadmill is a home gym game changer. It's perfect for walking and/or running, and the tread's bed folds up nicely and is out of the way for when you're not using it. The only thing that would make this better is if there was a phone charger on the panel board. It's a great piece of equipment to help you meet your fitness goals, especially if you're not into working out outside in the cold, winter weather, and the fan is an added bonus.

Took 2 1/2 hours to set up with one person and I'm no newbie to do it yourself. Screws didn't fit into the handle holes so I had to use my dremel tool to remove excess metal that shouldn't have been there. Took 20 mins to figure out how to change kilometers to miles because the manual did not 100% match up to the console layout. Belt was lagging and sticky, made sure we had the correct surge suppressing extension cord according to manual and still low power. The deal breaker was that the incline did not work at all, followed the troubleshooting to calibrate the incline and nothing changed. Big disappointment. Not going to mess around with getting a warranty reapir due to all of the bad reviews about wait times, part shipment delays, additional charges for shipping & handling and service repairman trip costs. Too bad.

We recommend two people work together to assemble this heavy duty equipment, but way to go in assembling it yourself. Power tools are not recommended during assembly and may void the warranty.

We would like to help troubleshoot the incline and belt speed/lag with you. Email us at [email protected] with your case number, 1-R102271. We ask for patience during our busiest season of the year and assure you that we are confident we will provide you with a solution as soon as possible.

Had for almost 2 months now. Easy to assemble if you have the right tools. Was squeaking while in use but a bit of WD-40 on the motor belt fixed that issue. Love how you are able to change speeds really quick. Overall good decent treadmill. Only down side max is 10mph is the top speed

It is more than enough great treadmil. I had to go extra miles after bad reviews on low quality treadmil found on ebay and amazon... I am an active runner with a very good gym membership equipped with top of line treadmill (lifetime). Price was reasonable for quality. Please ask best buy to send a tech to install. You will definitely get lost if you do it buy yourself. It took me 2 hours by myself . Fyi i am an engineer by profession and trust me you will have trouble if you dont have hands-on skills. I will definitely stay with this brand for home usage. There is enough leg room and it is not noisy while running also you have fan . Perfect for covid isolation.

Assembly was easy, I was able to do with my 14 year old dayghters assistance. I am loving to iFit program that came with the treadmill. 1st time treadmill owner and I am loving what this treadmill can do with speed and incline. Machine runs quietly, I don't disturb anyone while I do something for me. Very happy with my purchase.

Good price, but the display is not great, but my biggest problem is getting service now that I have a problem a few months after purchasing. I’m also a little bit annoyed with Best Buy, but the policies are the policies, whatever. I purchased this treadmill in January, and I purchased geek squad protection for five years. I figure then I’m covered no problems. So now that I’m having a problem just eight months after I purchased it, it turns out that I can’t get service from Best Buy, I have to call the manufacturer because it’s still under the original manufacture warranty. Calling the treadmill company, it turns out I can’t even talk to a person until I’ve registered the product. I’m not at home and won’t be for some time, so I can’t take a picture of the stupid thing that you have to take a picture of to register it. I I set aside time at work to try to take care of this, and there is no way to get to a person when you call.

Good machine for home. Allows me to get a walk/run in when I can't make it to the gym or it closed. Not very loud and the fan is helpful. It did have a crack in the plasic which Best Buy took care of. The fold and move option is ok, A little to heavy to fold up everyday.

I looked long and hard for a treadmill I could afford and one that wasn't so big. This is perfect and it fits in my room nicely. I put it together myself and I love it. I used the Ifit trial and got hooked. I loooove that the trainer can control the treadmill. It gets too hot in Texas to walk or run everyday and this is perfect. It's not too loud and it works for me.

So far so good. Great price! I feel like a lot of bad reviews for most treadmills are because of dealing with iFit. You can bypass iFit— by holding down the iFit button on the corner for a couple of seconds!!! Unfortunately the manual makes it seem like your treadmill is locked until you sign up for their service /free trail and that’s not true. The treadmill is a little noisy, but most are. A little bummed out that the heart rate reader is super inaccurate!!!! Just use a fitness watch instead. Pros: Smooth run Foldable design Spaces for water, keys, book, phone, etc. Fan Bright simple LCD screen Quick speed / incline buttons Cons: Putting it together :/ The heart rate monitor :(
