  • QuestionIs Max Height adjustable or fixed?

    • Answer Tony All the attachments on this unit are not adjustable in height. While using this tower, the height of the user does not matter as most of the exercises and lifts are done with the feet off the floor. A taller person can bend at the knees to lift feet up and a shorter person can step up using the lowest bar if needed before exercising. To use the rest of the lower items on this equipment, you will be bending your knees to make your body short enough for use. Doing this, you should be able to use this equipment at 6’ 5” tall.
