• Yes. Just bring the cord to a Best Buy Store and They will replace it.

• No it does not cover the charging cable. It only covers the device that was purchased and it is attached to that serial number.

• Unfortunately, it doesn’t. The coverage only works for manufacturing damage or product fail not human error.
